I have a new Diavel 1260 s and managed to pair phone with the bike no problems I get the blue phone icon on the bikes display then I go to the app on my phone, and I cannot link the app to the bike or get data from bike as app will not make it past step 6 I go to the add bike, and it keeps saying at step 6 cannot get bike data check internet connection however there is nothing wrong with my internet connection - tried everything The app has now been updated and now works better, so I can give it 4

2018 Multistrada 1260S. Works a treat!! Connected to the bike, changed settings on the phone and uploaded via Bluetooth to the bike. Much easier than fiddling on the bike. Haven't tried the other stuff on there, but this was amazing enough and really impressed. Interface is easy with pictures and layman terms for simpletons like me. Raises and lowers the bike, smoothen out the throttle response and all that. Keep up the good work and hope you add more bikes, so more owners can enjoy it!

Absolutely great when it works, love the ride recording features, but sadly very unreliable now. Worked for 6 months, but my last 8 rides have either "crashed" at some random point and stopped recording mid-ride, or recorded the bike info but not the route from my phone (Galaxy Note 9) GPS. To make matters worse, when these recordings "fail" in that way. They are unable to be saved (get uploading failed alerts) and are also unable to be deleted. So my itinerary history is messy and incomplete.

- only intermittently works - wants to be ON 24 hours a day, always trying to connect. I only want it on/looking to pair when I am riding my bike. When I force stopped it, only way to turn it off, doesn't work again, need to reinstall then lose my ride data. - UPDATE - Ducati replied below, I followed this advice and no-one has contacted me.

Availability for 2024 Multistrada V4S. Why it is not available for the '24 MS V4S?? It is a 20k+ bike, and apparently it is working in other Ducati bikes. Is it linked to a software update? Thanks
