Every time Sygic speaks an instruction "Unknown Caller" appears on the bike display, and it kills my intercom connection to my girlfriend. We are using Sena headsets. Only solution is to turn off alerts in Sygic. Update: Developers contacted me very quickly and discovered that Audio over HFP was enabled in Sygic. Changed this to just Audio over Bluetooth enabled only and it works perfectly.

Just got my V4S, it had all the new updates installed and this app works fairly well. It takes a few tries to connect but once it does work fine. It would be a 5 star, but it does drain the battery with the screen staying on constantly. It's a note 20 ultra, so the battery does give me a full days ride but is dead at the end of the day. Next update Ducati let the ap work in the background please. I also never get the premium version of Sygic to show up when connected.

I hate this app with a passion! Ducati really dropped the ball on this. After paying 28k for a bike, the only option to use the otherwise great GPS screen is through this failure of an app. Massive connectivity issues, with many times standing sweating in my bike gear for 20 mins or more until sometimes I just give up. The screen always on for your phone, which means they had to put a silly pocket on my tank and take away a liter of petrol, with massive overheating issues. Try to do better ffs

I read in one of the comment's reply saying that Sygic premium is free with Ducati Multistrada V4S. I do have Multistrada V4S, and it still says buy Sygic premium for full features. Not sure how to redeem that in Sygic. And also I cannot navigate to other apps like music or phone as the joy navigator doesn't work. I'm currently using Navigation as default when connected to the Ducati connect. Please help me with these two things. Thank you.
