I LOVE DUKE ENERGY. IVE HAD ONE OTHER UTILITY COMP FOR 8 YEARS AND THERE RATES WERE DECENT. DUKE ENERGY SENDS YOU MIDDLE OF THE MONTH RATE AND THAT GIVES YOU AN IDEA OF HOW TI CUT BACK ON USING MORE POWER THROU OUT THE MONTH. AND WITH DUKE ENERGY THE EVEN LET YOU PAY A LOW PAYMENT PLAN AND EVERY BILL THEY ASK DO YOU NEED FINANCIAL ASSIST. IN 2015 WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND MY HUSBAND

Opening the app literally has a message that says the app is unavailable. This app has not worked for me for the past year. How can Duke energy even be a real company?

You can't even see your bill. It doesn't work right this is stupid. How do I check my account I can't even find out what's my account number. This is the worst app and website I've ever been on.
