★★☆☆☆ App was fine to begin with but recent experience has been appalling. First one was the confusing pre-order service which allowed me to put in an order for the next day instead of the same day. OK fine I made a mistake, but there's no option to cancel my order, so I had to message the app guy in FB messenger. Next and most recent experience was that I placed an order which was marked as rejected, but I never got a notification from the app and olny realized after waiting a whole hour and then check

★★☆☆☆ The app claims to be cheaper than Justest, so I compared the menus of several restaurants. Most are actually MORE expensive, and the menus on Undermine Eats are missing many items that are on Justest. Also, while scrolling the list of restaurants, the list would constantly refresh before I had reached the bottom of the list. Perhaps worth it for the exclusive items, but I think I'll manage without them.

★★☆☆☆ There is no way to follow up an order, request a refund, make a complaint, this is an app in its infancy. Beware
