Good service tho I wish it would include the address that is being delivered too on the confirmation email as iv put the wrong address a few times and there is no way to check I have entered the right one after ordering

This app is easy to use but definitely needs a few things adding. I'd like to write and read reviews and have a favorites list instead of having to search for my usual restaurants. With an update this could easily be a great app.

Just eat much better, can't leave reviews, no support on late orders or missing items. Only option is to call restaurant.

It seems like a great app, but it falls short as order notes aren't passed to the takeaway. Until this is fixed it's useless for anyone with dietary preferences. Why give the option to send a note to the takeaway if they don't receive it and can't act on it? Why use the app if you won't receive and can't eat what you've ordered? This fault highlighted other shortcomings with the app also, I wasn't able to contact yourselves through the app. This should be a basic feature.

Late/cold/ 2 doses of the runs, and delivery drivers who blame the customer for being annoyed, restaurants that can't be bothered when you ask where food is over an hour after expected delivery.
