Terrible, where to start? Every meal I've ordered has taken 2+ hours, I've no way of contacting whoever to see where they are, I have to pay upfront to wait 2+ hours for my food, it says that food will be on It's way for the last 50 minutes of waiting, not all restaurants in Wrexham are available, if I ring the restaurant there oblivious to my order, the restaurant also doesn't have a time frame to make your food, honestly just go out and get it yourself, it'll save you time, money and patience

All good until there's a problem with having your order delivered. Couldn't get a refund from the business, they said I had to use the app. No way of cancelling or speaking to anyone on the app, then told I'd have to wait until Monday. A bit of a joke really, ended up having to keep my order and pick it upyself. Asked for my delivery charge back, they said it would have to wait until Monday. Surprise! Not had anything back. Will be using just eats from now on.
