I pre-ordered from this app and the delivery was half an hour late, they missed part of my order and when I tried to phone up nothing happened they have to customer service throught the app, so I just had to deal with it and I still can't contact them now and this is the second review I'm writing as the first one got removed this is awful

The app is okay. The issue is the drivers will blatantly steal food from orders and when you inform L&M eats, they basically say they don't believe you, despite both myself and the restaurant knowing food was stolen!

No customer support when things go wrong. If the order doesn't arrive its tough. The app offers no customer service or backup.
