No customer support when things go wrong. If the order doesn't arrive its tough. The app offers no customer service or backup.

The app is okay. The issue is the drivers will blatantly steal food from orders and when you inform L&M eats, they basically say they don't believe you, despite both myself and the restaurant knowing food was stolen!

Used to be great, but there is no quality control of the participating restaurants now, and these days most of the. Food ordered to be delivered in 45–60 minutes actually takes well over two hours or even three hours to arrive by which time we've given up and eaten something else. I love using local, but this is one case where it's not working at all. Will be uninstalling.
