★★★★★ Had no problems with this fire, once loaded the app is easy to use, very pleased with the look and heat output of my fire.

★★☆☆☆ Very expensive to not have a remote! Over £2000 and now will not connect with app, wish I would have read the reviews first... poor service to have a fire that you can't use.

★★☆☆☆ Disconnects constantly, meaning the fire turns off. Not great for an expensive fire! Going have to buy a remote control instead.

★★☆☆☆ The company, the app and the product are rubbish. Price is for premium fire, which looks awesome but doesn't work awesome - app is very hard to connect, to and even trickier to connectultiple devices - technical support useless. They likely outsourced development to China and did not pay for maintenance. It is bound to be banned from Play Store as last update was 2 years ago - Buggy. Even on low heat doesn't turn the fan off. Fan is very noisy and makes fire unusable
