I had a frustrating experience with the SIM activation process handled through the Airtel employee app “Eactivate.” The system does not function reliably and creates unnecessary delays. The most concerning issue is with biometric verification. It rarely works on the first attempt and often requires 10 or more tries to complete successfully. This not only wastes time but also causes inconvenience for both customers and employees.

Kyc issue nobody to resolve this issue. Past one year KYC verification pending. If not possible to verify KYC Reject pending KYC... we can do the KYC....
