Irtel DTH distributor support is very poor. Even when I pay for an Ec (please confirm the correct term), they do not provide it. The service is extremely disappointing. It would be very helpful if you could expand the facility to recharge the Airtel Mitra app directly from my GPay account. This would make recharges easier and help us avoid depending on the distributor for support
