THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS! So far so good, l need to commend FCMB for the upgrade on the Agent App so far. But, the developer needs to work more. 1) The banks list should be in ALPHABETICAL order, and there should be SEARCH point, for easy access. Instead of scrolling and scrolling. 2) The POS two should reflect the upgrade as well, at least to some extent. Because, when the one holding the phone with the Agent App is not around, little will be done. Weldon Thanks

Management still need to work on the app network issues. And again, whenever a customer comes to make cash deposit, the receipt from my POS terminal use to show the amount deposited and the charges. This oughts not to be so. The bank charges is not supposed to appear on the customer's receipt. Please, carry out all necessary updating.

The pos only allows withdrawal from other bank cards, but it will not display other bank account balance on inquiry. It refuses to transfer money or funds from other bank cards account. This has to be upgraded to comply and trends along other pos. The app is ok

This app is wack, I forgot my login pin and there's no way I can reset it. I do not know why a "forgot password" is not written there for easy access. You people really need to upgrade big time.
