After being transitioned to Easy bank, everything has become much slower. The app itself is still good, but the time taken for balance payment into the card to get reflected is now really bad. It used to be much faster earlier, and now it is much slower and hence annoying. So looks like the transition wasn't a good thing at least for the users. Earlier review: Good improvements to the old App and it's pretty much all we need for all the useful functions.

Barclay's quickly allowed me online to fix my forgotten pin problem, reinstated my card with me following user-friendly instructions, and allowed me to pay in rates at around 11 percent instead of 21 percent. What a service. In comparison, TF bank doesn't have the online process, and the two waits of 16 mins and a second try of 10 mins with no chance of talking with someone. What a contrast. Well done Barclay's bank. Also supported by a smaller efficient bank in Germany, smarter better.

Not even able to log in! Customer service is the worst. I cannot use the app at all it always tells me that there is a problem and I should try later. 3 years later and I'm still not able to access my account via the app.

I was a customer of Barclays service, and I was purchasing some items on Amazon in installments, and everything was okay. Then came this new service, Easy bank, and they said, "Apply for a credit card, and you can continue with the same benefits." I applied already, and now more than a month has passed, and I haven't received anything. Customer service says" we don't know when it will come". I think we should look for another service for Amazon.

Does anyone know the full name of Easy bank for transfers from German checking accounts? GmbH? Ltd? Completely different name? I get an error message every time when I use Easy bank as the name. And no, this is not about my name, this is about the name of Easy bank or whatever they call themselves now.

The app does not support English, even in the updated version. I don't want to use a browser for translation each time, so it makes the app useless for me. I hope they will address this basic customer need.
