I deleted this app. It was blocked for no reason. Then I tried to reset password. It was sent to my banking website in internet. So you cannot log in into app without opening easy bank website on your computer. And the password they sent there was valid 3 days. I even did not know they sent it there. Totally stupid. So, for online purchases I never use easy bank account. I do it via my other bank.

When it works, it simply works. However, when something goes astray, outside the normal Mon-Fri support hours, then there is no support whatsoever. My account was locked on a Sunday afternoon (when using the correct credentials!) but the online & telephone support channels were nonexistent/worthless. Update 2025-06: Useless excessive push messages regarding offers and promotions received despite these notification categories being turned off within the app.
