Easy Touch RV thermostat is the best, and this app works very well to control it from anywhere over the internet. If there ever is a bug or problem, it is resolved quickly. This is a small US company, so this product is not cheap Chinese designed junk. If you ever need support, you will be talking to the actual engineers and software developers. Amazing!

The app & thermostat did not play well together at first & took quite a few attempts to finally get the app and thermostat sync'd on both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Since finally getting connected the app and thermostat have had no issues communicating. I didn't give the app five stars because app doesn't allow me to select the heat pump. It shows the gas furnace and also cool/gas furnace/fan, but I have to select the heat pump from the thermostat. App needs to be updated to include heat pump selection

Update: It's been about 5 months since I have been using the app and thermostat. So far so good! Still works as advertised. After an extensive Wi-Fi connection process, this app is working well. I like the inside and outside temperature features. Would love to have a history feature that displays when either furnace or AC was on so that I know that the thermostat is operating properly in the away mode. All of that aside, the app and device are working as advertised.

Model 351... This is the most aggravating and frustrating app I have ever had the misfortune to use. Had to reinstall app 4 times to get Bluetooth to connect. Then, even though the thermostat says it's connected to Wi-Fi, once I move out of range of Bluetooth I'm out of luck - no connection. If there was another option out there I would throw the thermostat as far as possible into the woods.

Cannot get it to connect to my Wi-Fi, which in turn won't let me do the update. It also now doesn't give the outside temperature. Please help!

This was once a great app till I made the mistake of updating the app to the new software. It was once so simple and easy to operate, now I'd take my old thermostat back. Now it won't connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I hate the way the unit now operates, it's awful ! No one at micro air will talk to me on the phone. They want you to do everything over the internet. If you don't know the serial number you cannot fill out a service request. Micro air, you have screwed up a once great thing !
