So, so helpful for my family. I can adjust and see the temperature in the whole trailer while lying in bed, cuz it's Bluetooth enabled. And don't have to worry abour random temperature changes outside, cuz it can be set to kick the AC on at a certain temperature, and the furnace on at another.

I have used this app to control my new Micro Aire Easy Touch 350 thermostat in our Air Stream trailer. All is well. Kevin has assisted me several times in getting the thermostat connected to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Kevin just informed me about a beta software update that appears making switching Wi-Fi networks easier.

The app & thermostat did not play well together at first & took quite a few attempts to finally get the app and thermostat sync'd on both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Since finally getting connected the app and thermostat have had no issues communicating. I didn't give the app five stars because app doesn't allow me to select the heat pump. It shows the gas furnace and also cool/gas furnace/fan, but I have to select the heat pump from the thermostat. App needs to be updated to include heat pump selection

Most likely written by high school dropout programmers. If you have used other apps for similar thermostats, this one is not even close to functionality and ease of use. Full of bugs, common sense functionality (why do I have to select which thermostat every 30 seconds? As if the average family has more than one RV?) If you have used any other modern day Wi-Fi home thermostat, this thing is a joke. It only exists as it has no competition. Company should be ashamed. Pure rubbish.

Cannot get it to connect to my Wi-Fi, which in turn won't let me do the update. It also now doesn't give the outside temperature. Please help!

This was once a great app till I made the mistake of updating the app to the new software. It was once so simple and easy to operate, now I'd take my old thermostat back. Now it won't connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I hate the way the unit now operates, it's awful ! No one at micro air will talk to me on the phone. They want you to do everything over the internet. If you don't know the serial number you cannot fill out a service request. Micro air, you have screwed up a once great thing !
