The face verification system is very frustrating. I tried for over an hour and followed all the instructions in the app, but I still couldn't complete the sign-up process. Please improve the face verification system or provide an alternative verification method.

You guys should put this app in Museum to teach how not to create an APP. Back button not working, nid data couldn't figure out, couldn't process selfie when it’s taken with proper lighting. When everything is done then error comes your image don't match with your nid. I mean seriously!? How stupid you can be to come up with this onboarding steps?

Can't use the app. It says "VPN detected," but I have nothing like a VPN or a proxy. Even if I have one, why would it be an issue to use the app along with a VPN?

19/06/2026: Add money feature is broken. Tried multiple times but at step 4 of add money, full screen is loading and blank. Note(1/1/2025): Thanks for fixing the app, the app is now useable. Very unstable app. Can't log in, reset password and register device. It is crashing every time at otp enter page. Can't access and manage my account at necessary time. My device is at Android: 14, Brand:iQoo, Model: neo 9 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen2 Soc. Please make the app useable as soon as possible.
