EBL Sky banking is easily the most polished banking app in BD. The Ul and "My Banking" features are excellent. However, to make transactions truly seamless and "beyond imagination," EBL should introduce a Personal Static QR for every user. In other advanced digital economies, you don't need to share account numbers; you simply show a "Receive Money" QR for others to scan. Adding this interoperable P2P QR would make EBL a world-class leader in convenience. Highly recommended!

Why does resetting password takes such a long time and a convoluted process, it is stuck on the selfie page no matter what it won't go to the next stage.

19/06/2026: Add money feature is broken. Tried multiple times but at step 4 of add money, full screen is loading and blank. Note(1/1/2025): Thanks for fixing the app, the app is now useable. Very unstable app. Can't log in, reset password and register device. It is crashing every time at otp enter page. Can't access and manage my account at necessary time. My device is at Android: 14, Brand:iQoo, Model: neo 9 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8Gen2 Soc. Please make the app useable as soon as possible.

Sky Banking sign up procedure is very poor. If I can open account by face verification process instantly, then why need again face verification for sky banking? Why need 3 working days for verification NID information? Very poor service.

Blocking screenshots and screen recording across the entire banking app is a terrible decision. These restrictions should apply only to sensitive screens like login, PIN, OTP, or card details. When transactions fail or errors occur, users need screenshots as proof for support. Disabling screenshots everywhere hurts usability without adding meaningful security. Please restrict this feature only to truly sensitive pages.
