Works, would love to be able to text from app to patients

Update 12.19.22: version 5.19.0 still having the bug where when dictating it will kick me out to the login screen which then deletes everything I just dictated on that specific patient. If I hit last text it doesn't work. This bug has been there for a month and is driving me insane. Pro-tip if you're doing a long dictation, say 'select all' or tap+hold select all and copy just in case Old review (2020): Mobile Scribe dictation is amazing, works amazingly well, fast and accurate. Love this app.

I love the incorporation of dragon dictation feature. Game changer. Search algorithms outside of that are still deficient in predictive capacity. Unable to look up full list of pharmacies to add to e-prescription encounters -- only limited number of options to choose from. Please add ability to edit, not just add text to notes via scribe feature. At minimum, being able to overwrite very basic text added during visit with the finalized dictated version, would enhance functionality greatly

Only good as a summary tool for patient care when in call. You, very slowly, can get labs and see notes and encounters one by one with excessively long load times. You have to revalidate pin constantly if any pop-ups occur. Every time the app updates, you have to reset all your login information. Great its updated but constant have to log in to web to get user code, remember ID and passwords don't match to regular login. I've critiqued this software ar NUC for 5 year straight. No changes.

The worst app I have ever used. Extremely not user-friendly! I cannot find words to describe how bad, unproductive, time-consuming it is.

I'm a new ECW customer and was excited to be able to use a mobile app with my EMR. Sadly I'm terribly disappointed. First, when I enable biometric login (fingerprint) it sticks for a couple of logins then reverts to PIN. Second, the lag time between when I tap an action and when it is executed makes the app almost unusable. Please fix this app to make it worthy of your EMR.
