Much better than the monitor app, although I wish there was a web version of this. It would also be nice to set an AC coupled smart port as solar generation, so it is reported as solar production for users that have existing enface style solar systems and can't use the PV input. Also, why does the battery not show percentage? It would be nice to customize the layout and rearrange things, like to add a smart port, maybe just have 1-4 auto spacing spots at the top and 1-4 at the bottom?

After setting location and device ID I started getting better results. Still need to refresh a lot it seems to get data flowing. Had a few cases where the details page wouldn't update without quitting the app and restarting. Overall it seems an improvement over the older app for monitoring. Don't know yet about control seems to have all the adjustments I've used on the older app. I would recommend it

This app misreports consumption. I've reported the issue to EG4. It's generally harder to get the information you need compared to the old app.

Meh. Lacks a lot of features of the older app. For example setting the battery charge limits. I change this setting all the time to top off the batteries. I don't know. The old app has more features. I like the way the old app lets you see and change the working mode hour by hour. THis new app seems very weak. The old app had shortcomings but is still way better. Was this new app programmed by AI without engineer review or something?

Hasn't provided any accurate data since installed. Now it won't display any information about my system it just shows it as" offline ". I hope it is fixed at some point but more data is provided from the original EG4 program, but maybe this is just a new thing.

App doesn't hide top notification bar on Google Pixel devices. So you can select your account icon or detailed icon or press the back button. If you select the parallel or grid boss, the grid boss only shows one inverter output. The parallel option shows an icon for a flex boss while showing the total output for all inverters.
