Guthrie has always been there for me! Its user-friendly at the best. Very convenient as to rescheduling, telehealth, just a couple clicks I can see my records and test results. I wish every patient would use it! You literally have the doctor's office at the touch of your fingers. I feel if I didn't have this I'd be lost. Rx refills smooth as can be. Thank you, Guthrie!

The app itself is heading in the right direction, except for the fact that they no longer post our imaging results -just accompanying remarks. This is a disservice as we pay good money for the results IN FULL! Also, why have an e check-in if you're still going to make patients check in once they arrive? Because they also have an "I'm here" option. Seems with both of those you shouldn't need to also see the front desk, and then the registration desk. That just took a lot longer than it should.

They use the application for all their conveniences, but when the patient uses it, there is no acknowledgment. E-Check-in is used, and you select I'm here on the app very it does not notify the desk.

This is the worst place to ever go. I went to the walking clinic over a tooth problem. And to get a change of an antibiotic, the nurse talked to me the whole time, the doctor never come in. And then they put on my chart that I smelled like alcohol, the nurse did, and that I was swearing and that is a straight-up lie, and I'm very angry over it, because I called them and said, I will take a Breathalyzer and a blood test because I did not drink. And I was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
