Fabulous app fir accessing to medical info (i.e. Visit Summaries, Medications, Medical Test Results, Insurance Coverage, Appointment Scheduling, etc.)

The worst telephone system I have ever experienced. Transfers are rediculus. Always the wrong party also several on holds with the confusion from department to department. Doctors ate overloaded as well as nurses. Many appointments cancelled and rescheduled one to two months later and then sometimes cancelled again and rescheduled. Totally rediculus. Guthrie is failing overall. Never a return call when leaving a message.
