Pathetic Service I had a medical check-up arranged through them, They kept on sending the test results email to me, but there was no explanation on how to access the reports Also they don't have any customer care number to contact to What's the point of sending the email if how to access the reports is not mentioned in the email Pathetic Service

I recently used this app for my yearly health check-up, While the blood tests were completed on 5th July, I am still unable to book a doctor consultation. Yet no appointment slots are available. The purpose of a health check-up is to review the reports promptly. If I have to wait for weeks or even a month to consult a doctor, the reports may no longer be useful Overall, the service feels incomplete and poorly managed. There is no value in providing tests without timely consultation

I use skincare app because my company has a corporate tie-up with it. One major concern is that consultation charges are higher when booking through skincare. Additionally, even if a follow-up consultation is required within a week, a new appointment must be booked and the full consultation fee is charged again. Also, they reject most of the reimbursement claims even though if we submit all the invoices and supporting documents, making the process frustrating for users.
