I recently used this app for my yearly health check-up, While the blood tests were completed on 5th July, I am still unable to book a doctor consultation. Yet no appointment slots are available. The purpose of a health check-up is to review the reports promptly. If I have to wait for weeks or even a month to consult a doctor, the reports may no longer be useful Overall, the service feels incomplete and poorly managed. There is no value in providing tests without timely consultation

I would not recommend this app. I had booked test and doctor consultation on the app. But post the consultation 2 weeks ago, they are yet to send the prescription. They don't have any customer service, just a chat that keeps asking you to drop a mail to them. I would recommend other new apps that charge much lesser and are more proactive. It was a mistake going through them.
