Even more confusing, the order was entered at 149,923, without triggering the Buy Stop order slippage from order 149,427 and already placed TP at 147,737. You're insane—500 points for slippage

They banned my account and refused to explained clearly. They said I was underage and has a duplicate account. I am 18 years old, and I don't have any duplicate account. I tried emailing them still, but no explanation was made from customer support.
