Our business relies on the Elevate app daily. I have used a lot of VOIP products over the years, but Elevate stands shoulder to shoulder with the big brands. Individual performance will vary depending on who your carrier is, but I couldn't be happier with how the app helps keep our business moving.

Seems to work well for my needs, there is a glitch where if I'm listening to audio via Bluetooth such as YouTube audio or my podcast app Podcast Addict, the connection doesn't return and actually causes my podcast app to error out, saying it lost audio focus and to reboot my phone. I found a workaround to call on my cell Bluetooth then hang up, but I shouldn't have to do that, the app should release the Bluetooth correctly. Is this fixable?

- Recent update now constantly requests access to my personnel files and contacts. When I deny access, it makes the app unusable unless I have it open and don't let my phone screen go to sleep. Its convenience is gone. - When trying to warm transfer a call, it makes the call needing to be transferred just disappear. - Blind transfer doesn't ever work.

After month's of frustration, and countless calls to my provider (Verizon) we finally determined that Elevate was duplicating my contacts to the point they're useless. I had 25 or more copies of all of my contacts with one item in each IE John Doe home phone, John Doe cell phone John Doe email address etc. etc. When using Bluetooth in my car if I tried to call John Doe it would say no phone number for this contact. Needless to say I removed it from my phone, recommend not using this app
