Some great features and easy to use with regular updates and improvements being pushed out. A lot easier to use than some of the other options in the marketplace!

I use this app as part of my daily life. It's a wonderful app that's very intuitive. The best part is that my work (Elevate) calls can be done from my phone as if I'm in the office! That's a huge thing. No more giving out my personal number. It's all on the app. Also, there are other things like flipping my call from my mobile phone to my desk phone and no holds, clicks, or beeps. It just happens, and the other end never knows about it. LOVE THIS APP!!!!

I use this for work daily bit I get the same beeping mentioned previously. I find if I answer - put call in hold - RE answer - then most calls connect properly. It's frustrating. Developer response: Hello, I apologize for the miss understanding. Have you reached out to the provider of the phone service that the app is running off of? We do not mean your cell phone provider but your business phone provider. Reply: Yes - all of my colleagues using the app through PC are fine. Your mobile app is what is acting up.

This app is HORRIBLE if it wasn't for work.... keeps asking for MY contacts, umm no. I can call out, but it won't allow me to answer incoming calls...if I could remove it from my phone I would.

I get notifications about the app crashing frequently. Not all calls come to my phone. I have to log out/log back in and delete/reinstall the app often to get it to start working again. Sometimes the calls will continue to ring to my phone after it is answered. I have to go in certain rooms for people to hear me on calls. It is convenient with a home/office hybrid work schedule when it does work though.
