Okay, 1 more time. I'm changing and giving stars back. The last 4 times I used the app with the mug... it has worked, without needing to be paired, again and again. Good job. I still love the cup, never stopped.

The app does a good job of connecting and keeping my Mug paired. It is simple and allows me to not have to use the app to use the Mug, as it is set up from the moment I put coffee in it. They seem to have largely fixed the app with little issues since the last time I reviewed.

The app is fine, the mug is great. Occasional problems connecting but usually resolves with some combo of app restart and manual button push. I've only re-paired the mug once in about a year. I find it MUCH easier to control whether the mug is on or off with the app than the button.

The app almost never connects to the mug, and requires deleting and re-pairing the mug to fix connection issues, which deletes all your custom presets. Would not recommend.

I have been using an Ember mug for a couple of years now and this app has not once worked properly. I can (usually) pair and connect my mug initially, but it will never connect again. I have to fully reboot or even reinstall the app if I ever want to connect to it.

App is very buggy. With the recent update, it just stuck at screen after clicking on pairing with cup

No issues with the mug, but this app is pure garbage. Like others have stated, the pairing issue is a huge bug.
