I've been trying to find a way to do breathing with bilateral haptic feedback to enhance and support the emdr work I do each week, without spending a fortune on a kit. I don't know why your app didn't show up until today, but I'm beyond thrilled that it did. I plan on bringing it with me to my next session, to see if I can get any insights on what speed/duration has been most relaxing for me. You truly made my day.

It's a great idea and app. Thank you. Only unfortunately it seems to work audio and vibration only with certain phones. Maybe it would help to access some fallback API if audio and vibration can't be found ... anyway thank you for development!

Audio doesn't alternate? I thought the point of EMDR was to go back and forth between the right and left sides. The audio seems to be both sides at the same time.

Unfortunately it's unstable with 2 devices. It takes forever to connect & when try to change the session time it crashes every time.
