I cannot get access to this app. I type my activation code, and it says user
not found. Really disappointed.

I had an interview scheduled via WhatsApp for a cleaning position. I was available at the agreed time, but unfortunately I did not receive a call or any update during the scheduled slot. There were also some inconsistencies in the information provided, particularly around pay rates and onboarding details, which were not clearly communicated from the beginning. Overall, I believe clearer communication and a more structured onboarding process would improve the experience for applicants.

Please stay away from this hoax! Booked a service with them, the provider never turned up, had to spend 2 hours chasing them by emails while they kept stating he is on his way, all the while his phone was switched off, finally they said they can't locate him either - surprise ! Then they wanted to book me again for the next day ... When I finally got fed up and found a far better service, cancelled with them, I got a frantic call back from a guy called Ya cub in customer service
