I created 5 different 20x20 albums, arranged the photos correctly and saved the edits. All looked ok so I placed the order. When the package reached me, all the images in the albums got scrambled, upside down etc. I'm talking with CS about this, but will only use the web interface from now on and delete the app once this issue is settled.

Подвеждат хората, че ако направят поръчка до 16.12 си получат нещата до Коледа, но аз получих имейл, че ще ги получа на 27.12. Приложение също не работи гладко, няма как да се запамети прогреса, забива, бавно е. They are misleading people, it says if order is made by 16.12 the items will be delivered by Christmas. I made my order few days before 16.12 and received an email they will be delivered on 27.12 Thr app itself is not user-friendly and very slow.

Hello, my mom got this poster from your app, and it is genuinely sub-par(30-30 cm), 100 lei ($23,06), for a poster I could get at a much cheaper price on other apps, and its quality is genuinely egregious; I can count the number of pixels it contains! It was for my birthday as well, and my mom was so dissaponted and apprehensive when she saw how small the package is... I genuinely felt so bad for her please do something about this. Thank you.

Bad experience. Uploaded a photo, sent the order, surprise on delivery. Photos were cut, definitely nobody checked the result. Support...they don't have.
