Despite the negative reviews I tried the app. Works as expected, after setting up an account and registering my credit card I was able to buy tickets in an instant and use them on the bus. A great way to travel through Valencia without much hassle.

I had to insert the card twice (I see some people have reported having issues with their payment method, so it might be just a matter of insisting), but the app is very useful and easy to use. Might be better to find the route on Google first and then get the bus tickets here.

We ran out of cash, so we decided to buy the bust tickets by the app. It doesn't let me pay. The app asks for the postal code (???) I tried with a Valencian one, and it still doesn't work. Trash app. Useless as a tourist. In conclusion either you go cash and buy the ticket on board or nothing because the app doesn't work. And there is NO OTHER WAY to buy bus tickets. 10/10 really 🙃

Both me and my husband couldn't buy the ticket with neither French nor swiss credit card. Customer service is in spanish. Until solved - bad experience, please troubleshoot.
