The process can still be more intuitive and let you know a confirmation email was sent instead of "we can't find your account". I was able to schedule a maintenance visit, wish there was ability to upload photos as well.

As others have mentioned, I had some difficulty confirming my account. I found that closing the Enercare app before clicking the link in the email got me out of the confirmation loop. So far so good after that. It recognized me from my phone number, I didn't even have to enter my account number.

This app needs a lot of work. No option to see the password you entered at login to ensure it was entered correctly. Tapped 'schedule appointment'...it keeps sending me back to the home screen. Tried a reinstallation, same issue.

Constantly crashes. Tapping furnace or AC buttons on the front page crashes the app on android. It's faster to call them and have them tell you it's easier with the app. Fix the button crashes.
