I do not recommend using this app for financial transaction, based on experience the customer service is not very helpful especially if the app went into error and ypur transaction hangs up, they will debit from your source account, and your money is gone. They will not do anything to recover your transaction and push it to your source bank even the error is on thier side. Please do not use this application for everyone's awareness.

I am currently in Saudi Arabia working in Ansab company. My company has given me a card of Enzaj, but it is not getting added. The bank customer later told me that this is your company's Enjaz ATM card. That’s why it is not happening.

It gives hassle to me for 3 months when I use this application in my transaction. I have reached the point where I need to be absent so that I can settle my trouble here. It took a while for the money you sent to the Philippine bank to arrive. Yes, my bank is different, it is not accredited with them, it will still go through Palawan Express. But for me, this app is ugly, there is no local transfer yet. And sorry I already uninstall this app. Thank you
