I do not recommend using this app for financial transaction, based on experience the customer service is not very helpful especially if the app went into error and ypur transaction hangs up, they will debit from your source account, and your money is gone. They will not do anything to recover your transaction and push it to your source bank even the error is on thier side. Please do not use this application for everyone's awareness.

This enjaz transfer in not good if you are in Saudi Arabia plz use another app like stc pay unpay. I send money 4 days ago and still it has not reached to the beneficiary account. Coustomer service does nothing and there is no way to track money in the app also. Don't use this service it's very slow

It gives hassle to me for 3 months when I use this application in my transaction. I have reached the point where I need to be absent so that I can settle my trouble here. It took a while for the money you sent to the Philippine bank to arrive. Yes, my bank is different, it is not accredited with them, it will still go through Palawan Express. But for me, this app is ugly, there is no local transfer yet. And sorry I already uninstall this app. Thank you
