I haven't been able to access anything for almost a week now. A white loading page shows up after clicking log in, and it never moves past this. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, trying on Wi-Fi or data, clearing the apps cache, and anything else I could think of. The app is LONG overdue for an updating and refresh.

I've been with envision for well over 10 years & have had patience with this app. It has been malfunctioning so much lately. Can't even login, get some real software developers that know what they're doing. Something as important as a banking app is pretty pathetic, what's going on? Can't even pay my bills cause your app is a piece of junk. If I can't log in in 2 days, you lose a longstanding customer. I am so unnecessarily aggravated. I should have compensation. You are a BANK for God's sake!!!
