I was forced to move to this app by the other app. I was initially very angry at how awful the other app was and I wasn't expecting anything better. But omg this app is like a breath of fresh air. Being able to your use fingerprint FINALLY has completely changed my banking experience. I swear it took like 5 minutes every time I wanted to log in the other app and would take forever to load. Now its just 1 second! This whole experience got a glow up and actually feels modern.

It's fine I guess. Really annoyed though that I had to go through this whole process of creating a new username and password just to switch over to the new app. The old one worked fine. I don't know why they couldn't have just updated the UI on the old app. I can't find settings and such that I used to be able to on the old app, as they completely changed the layout.

Unbelievable. i've misplaced my card and for some reason 4pm on a Saturday have no ability to cancel it. How and Why has this bank fallen so far? I will be finding a new bank this summer. I am so disappointed thst the phone service has been reduced. What is the point when the new takeover has diminished services. I AM DONE with the former Island Savings. DONE. Also, the app is worse than the phone service!
