Brilliant app for managing my children's health info. Once I had negotiated the NHS Login process (upload ID then short video) everything worked perfectly, and now I know I'll never lose my children's immunization information!

As with another review here, I found it impossible to verify ID on nhs online. Got through sending ID photo, but it then wouldn't take my video verification. The file type of mp4 is apparently correct, but I don't know what their file size limit is as not described in their FAQs, but I would have thought a 1-2 seconds long video at 3 MB should be fine. Perhaps the app developer should work with nhs to make this more user-friendly. I've uninstalled app and just using the actual/physical red book.

Constantly fails to connect with my local health trust, so I cannot access any records. The timeline appears as empty. Disappointing.

Unfortunately when my children hit 6 months my timeline showed a link entitled "how to stop breastfeeding". Considering this is an NHS app and breastfeeding is supposed to be promoted until 2 years by the WHO this is appalling as it implies that by 6 months mothers should be looking at stopping breastfeeding
