Ergo Assess: Ergonomics 2.0

Ergo Assess turns your phone into an ergonomic risk assessment tool. Film someone doing a task and a live skeleton tracks their posture, scoring RULA and REBA on every frame, right on the device.

SEE THE RISK AS IT HAPPENS
• Live posture skeleton while you record
• RULA and REBA scored on every frame, with the minimum, average and peak for the whole task
• Replay the recording with the skeleton and a colour-coded body map, and jump straight to the worst moment
• Light and noise readings taken alongside the recording

LIFTING? RUN NIOSH
• The revised NIOSH lifting equation: Lifting Index and Recommended Weight Limit, with frequency

CONSENT, ON THE RECORD
• Add the operator's details and capture their consent and signature on the spot
• Everything is kept with the recording

SHARE IT YOUR WAY
• Save the clean recorded video (MP4)
• Export the 33-point pose and joint angles per frame (Landmarks JSON)
• Export 3D skeletal motion (BVH)
• Or sign in with your UNI SIM Universal ID and send the recording to Ergo Assess on the web, for REBA segments, OWAS, ROSA, QEC, Strain Index and PDF reports

Try it straight away with two built-in example assessments.

Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to send it. No ads, no tracking.

Available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil) and Turkish.

Built by James Markey MBE and the UNI·SIM team.

Recent changes:
• Results lead with the verdict: a risk gauge, time in each risk band, the worst moment and what is driving it, with recommendations.
• Framing hints and a self-timer; replay jumps between high-risk moments.
• Every screen now works in landscape.
• Sign in once and you are signed in to the other UNI·SIM apps on this phone.
• Ergo Assess now shows how many people use it.
