I've used this successfully multiple times, and it works - provided what you are reporting has a category on the drop-down list, such as graffiti or potholes. However, for issues like broken street signs or commercial trucks using residential streets for long term parking - there aren't categories for that. Although sluggish at times, I've had a 90% success rate, overall, using this app.

Needs More! I wish we could report more. Escondido is a large dump with yards that are disgusting. We need to report ALL violations to clean up the city! This app also starts on boot and starts itself back up.
