When try to commission a charger, the app freezes at Network Settings. More specific, it says error 400. So I can only set up the electrical characteristics and cannot connect the charger to the Home Wi-Fi network.

Detects a Wiser Touch device but forces an update that never goes through. You can't even try to do a deployment without an upgrade. Upgrade fails every time. If new FW is sent to unit, you are lucky, but i wont help because unit won't restart to new FW.

Highly annoying wiser energy system requires a main incoming power tag to be installed. Not described anywhere. Now standing here to commission switchboard with no space to accommodate. Why can the system not simply work by measuring each group individually?
