It could do with a makeover, but otherwise it functions as I would like. Initially I found that the heating was being cycled on and off too often when close to the set temperature. After reading online forums, I found I could change it to open therm mode, even though open therm wiring isn't present. This makes it behave like a regular on/off thermostat which is how I like it. An app setting would be preferred though with more explanation what the settings do

Good app, lets me do everything I need to do with the central heating and hot water. However, there doesn't appear to be an option to add a family member, so they can also control the heating from their phone, unless I'm missing something....

I had a lot of problems after upgrading, but I found these were caused by conflicts with Google Home. After removing the 'Works with Google' Wiser link in Home, the app works fine again. Maybe the devs could investigate automatically removing the link to Google after an update to force deleting and re-establishing the link?

Heating comes on when shown as off controls literally don't work, heats rooms up that I've turned off, zero customer service no engineers apparently and all responses to emails are cut and paste, don't get the system its horrible and will end up costing you loads of money

Rubbish..... this system has the potential to be great, when it works it's good, but consistently crashes. The app can't connect to the hub, the hub can't connect to the thermostat. Default schedules kick in when the system crashes which you can't turn off. Hot water turns on when I don't want it to, but can't turn it off because the app doesn't connect to the hub to turn it off. Only had this for 1 week, and already looking to replace this garbage. Sort it out Dayton

New bug. Wiser app keeps reporting that devices on the system are offline when they are not. Still no export or import options on settings to back up. As a result no easy migration when updating from gen1 to gen2. It's a deleted account and start again.
