Ridiculous app, I booked a teleconsultation session through the app. Paid Rs 2500 online for the session. Management says they didn't receive any booking from my account. The app is really buggy and management has no idea how to run this online service. It looks like they are only scamming people and wasting their precious time.

Why this service is available just for Rawalpindi and Islamabad?? Residents of these cities could go to the shifa hospital by themselves. If you select any other city, It shows "service is not available for this city ". If so, why a huge list of cities is provided to select?? At least tele consultation could be provided to the residents of other cities.
