A fine app, without too many issues usually. Just tried the chat function, and it doesn't work: it asks for my permission to store the chat but when I click on "agree" it does nothing. Also, I have a feature request/suggestion for the app: please show the daily/monthly average temperature in the same graph as the gas and electricity consumption. This will make usage patterns much clearer

No english translation. I'm an international student. I get it why there isn't. But then make every landlord make a contract for all utility costs. I had to contract with essent my self... anyway had a great experience

App is good, but I hope there will be an option to change the language, at least to English. Currently, the app is entirely in Dutch, which makes it difficult to use for non-Dutch speakers.

Useless. Sporadic update of energy usage to the point that it's useless. Takes ridiculous amount of time to load. Has no useful information on kwH or m³ energy rates.

For 3 days they have not been 'able' to release the information about my monthly usage. So much for 'smart' meters. Their customer service tells me to download the app, the app repeats the same bs. They know they have to repay me for overbilling. Shameless what they get away with these days.

It is very poor I can't see my consumption in euro so bad I may want to change the provider just because of the app and website.
