Legit easy and simple app for car insurance, especially like the MOT and tax reminders that was all automatically set up for me. 5 stars if it had an insurance payment history (can I only see a payment history for app related payments which was empty for me)

Entered email, sent me a code, entered code (double-checked it was correct), got a "wrong code" error, deleted app. Do better.

What a nightmare this insurance company is, the lack of respect or customer care is shocking, customer service is awful, claims department have not got a clue, found them cutting my call mid-sentence never calling me back, put a complaint in had an email saying they sort the complaint out and I am happy with the response? Never got in contact with me about it, also it's been 3 weeks, and I am still waiting for an on duty manager to get in contact with me

Missing Vital Functionality. Can't update email address in the app, and they try to force you to speak to an agent or hold for ages at least and then disconnect you stating too busy. After 5 years as a customer I expect the most basic of user opinions when needed in this kind of app. I will be taking my 3 car insurance custom elsewhere now. Extremely disappointed.
