Three times the app has been blocked, even using the fingerprint. Then, when you do all the process to unblock it, it does not work. The app and the web seem not to have the passwords properly sync. The Product Managers, that never talk to customers, are forcing customers to move to a simpler Bank.

Terrible APP and bank. Avoid at all costs. The APP has an English setting. But not all menus work in English. The navigation is a mess and the ads are spammy. They offer an android APP but no Google Pay. Which respectable bank in 2023 doesn't offer Google Pay? We've regretted opening an account with them. Will close it and move somewhere else.

Old, complicated app full of advertising. HVB itself is one of the most expensive banks. You would be better served with another bank, instead.
