Terrible APP and bank. Avoid at all costs. The APP has an English setting. But not all menus work in English. The navigation is a mess and the ads are spammy. They offer an android APP but no Google Pay. Which respectable bank in 2023 doesn't offer Google Pay? We've regretted opening an account with them. Will close it and move somewhere else.

Old, complicated app full of advertising. HVB itself is one of the most expensive banks. You would be better served with another bank, instead.

Very slow, app tan does not close automatically. One needs to always close an empty page after code input. Transfer limits are different from on the web page - so often requires using both the page and the app. Often see maintenance info and can not log in. Crashes on share documents. Unresponsive on viewing PDFs. I could continue with other examples...
