Can't get app to recognize my Wi-Fi password. I was able to connect after several attempts and the App and the Wall unit function flawlessly. I can recommend the unit without reservations. Here I am 4 years later with a new vehicle and two JB 40s and again, even with over one hour of telephone assistance we were unable to get the box online.

This is pretty handy, e.g. it can set a max charge % for an EV without the feature. It needs some UI testing and tuning. I had to watch the company's video demos to learn how to use the app, e.g. to set the max charge % for a session. For a while it got stuck unable to retrieve info & settings for my Juice Box device. Clearing the app's Cache storage (via the Settings app) seems to have fixed it, whereas deleting and reinstalling the app didn't work.

I doubt that I could have gotten this app to work at all, without the help of an agent. Now that it is connected to my charger I am forced to give my location and to reset the charging capacity (to be done only by a qualified electrician) *EVERY* time I try to use it. Junk

This app is obsolete. If you have a Juice Box EVSE, you need to install the Enel X-Way app.

App stops randomly after pluggin in (noticed app turn on in "smart charge mode even though smart mode is off- 2019 juice box 32 plugin) using ev juice app and Juice box charger set at 8 amps.(was able to restart by turn off chg then turn on/ for home chg should default to on (if expert users want smart mode they can set after, but default to pwr on if smart time is off) -2019 Bolt ev with new updated battery pack.
