Everything works smoothly, and the overall experience is great. Purchasing tickets on the web is simple and reliable. One star less because after buying on the website, you’re forced to install the app to access the ticket. It would be better to have the option to simply receive and use the ticket without installing an app. That said, I understand the idea behind the app, and it’s not a major issue — just a matter of user choice. For some reason the filtering of events by geolocation (current location or based on writing the city name) does not work, so it's too annoying to use to find events. If that's fixed, I would adjust the rating. PS: you should have a way to report bugs directly through the app

Great app when used to buy and store tickets. Absolutely unusable to search for events. I have not found a single event I'm looking for and always have to look for an eventfrog-link somewhere on the event website.

App crashed several and did not show purchased tickets on web version. Could not reset password without trying several times and several devices.
