The Company Ever Driven is wonderful: the ever Driven VIP app does need some work to operate the best, and I recommend possibly real time live GPS with communication through messenger to chat with the driver. Although it does track the driver abs you can view it on the app, but sometimes it does take a few minimum to upload the current location. I actually thought you could see the child live on the screen such as a dash cam but no only just seeing the GPS location. VIP app isn't confusing.

Update: app is pretty much useless since last update. They keep making it worse. App takes minutes to load only to give me a connectivity error screen claiming my connection is bad, yet all of my other apps work just fine. App is unresponsive to screen selections and the driver is almost always late. This company is contracted with school districts across the country, there is no incentive for them to fix the app as they are getting their money regardless, so us parents get to deal with this.

There's no since talking about the tracking. It's horrible. After talking to our school coordinator and a driver, I've learned more. There is an allowable driving distance between student's home and school. My student's home is right at the edge. Not to mention the district's odd hours. So, none of the drivers want to commit to our route. Our morning driver is great! Afternoon drivers? Different every day. Most days they are 5-15 minutes late. One was 1/2 hr early but across the street. WTH!

I can't get the app to work! I can't see when my kids are picked up or dropped off. I can't see the driver's info. I keep getting communication error messages.

The customer service people don't care. They are rude and act like they don't care about your child. The app is terrible and doesn't track live. Counts down to pick up even if no one is coming. ON 3 OCCASIONS NO ONE HAS PICKED UP MY CHILD FROM SCHOOL. NO CALL TO ME. THE SCHOOL HAD TO CALL SO I CAN GET HIM.
