Used this taxi firm for nearly 2 months but not anymore! Not all drivers have card machines which is very inconvenient, Was once asked to manually put my card details to pay online during my journey which is ridiculous because the driver didn't have a machine. You either take card payments all together or you don't. Joke of a company. Speedy cabs are much better than this company

I think that the charge is extortionate for what you get. For a taxi with
our usual firm it costs £9 but with this firm it costs £12. We were
uninformed of this as we expected it to be in the message not when the door
was locked and in the car.so in our brief journey from a to b we had to
find the money to pay for what was expected to be cheaper than this. Will
not be using this firm again.

Absolutely disgusting service. Taxi was late and when my friend cancelled the very late taxi the disgusting man on the phone told him to f.off. You fu.off.
