It is just a helpful little app, and you can do survey if you like to answer health related issues. Plus you can get points for gift cards while taking care of yourself.

It took me a while to earn points enough to cash out, but I am not very active other than daily walking. I do love the research and the fact that they send surveys that pertain to me. It is a small app, so even if it takes longer for me than most, I'm keeping it. Can't wait for new opportunities and surveys. Oh, btw my payment was within 1 minute of cashing out. Samsung Galaxy 20 is my device. Update: still amazing

Not worth it the app is giving less and fewer points. Now they want you to take 5-min surveys to earn what equals 2 cents. Waited for my 10k points balance to redeem (5 months) and uninstalled.

Downloaded this app sometime around 2023. Got a $10 reward in the first year. After that, took 3 years to get another $10. That's a waste of time &a ridiculously low pay out. I had it connected to my Samsung health to get the points for how many steps I take and all that. Just cashed out my second $10 reward, and they charge $1 fee to transfer it to a PayPal, venmo, etc., which is also new. So I got $9 after answering daily check ins and surveys for 3 years. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Takes a long time to accumulate 10000 points to get $10. Now they want to charge $1 to Venmo, PayPal, or Direct Deposit. Deleting this app, it has been getting worse for a while.
