Love the app, check in daily, answer the cards, and recently checked my points to make sure I was earning 100% allowed pts per day, and it is not either syncing or counting my nutrition and exercises randomly. I enter my food every day in fitbit, and it does not count it every day? I have been using both run keeper and fitbit to track my hikes, walks every day, and it randomly syncs them. Ive only earned 100% of my pts 1 time in the last week. I tried to contact evidation, but can't click on it

haven't been able to access the app in days and when I go to email them, it says the email can't be fulfilled. Very weird

Downloaded this app sometime around 2023. Got a $10 reward in the first year. After that, took 3 years to get another $10. That's a waste of time &a ridiculously low pay out. I had it connected to my Samsung health to get the points for how many steps I take and all that. Just cashed out my second $10 reward, and they charge $1 fee to transfer it to a PayPal, venmo, etc., which is also new. So I got $9 after answering daily check ins and surveys for 3 years. I would not recommend this to anyone.

So far I'm not liking this app. It is not counting my steps. I have connected both my Fitbit and Google fit and nothing only points I see are from the surveys I did.
