★★☆☆☆ WARNING DO NOT USE! My train ticket disappeared off the app and was refused entry. Be safe rather than sorry

★★☆☆☆ Why the 1-star rating I hear you say when the concept sounds so good on paper? Well that's it, you're better off keeping to paper tickets unfortunately! I have found that unless you have constant Internet connection, the app will log you out, and you will need to go through the signing in process again, if it lets you.... Mine froze and I missed my train. The other unuseful thing is that you can't activate your ticket until the day you need it so if you have an early start you have to remember to allow extra time to do this. And you can't use an alienation device if for whatever reason yours is unavailable at time of travel. I will not be using it again.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely rubbish. It crashed just before the destination ticket barrier which meant I couldn't get out and couldn't prove I had a ticket. Avoid.
