Quick to book and to check live times. Only problem is that bundle tickets that are fully used pile up until they expire. This hides the new carnet

Really easy to buy and find times for my journey my only problem is refund I buy the ticket on the day and not able to get a refund due to it being on the app even if I don't download it I still need to call somebody to get a refund but apart from that I would recommend

Terrible app, doesn't work at all for buying tickets. I tried to buy tickets for me and my son using our Two Together Railcard. On the first attempt, the app attempted to charge me double the expected price. On subsequent attempts the "Show times and tickets" button remained grayed out, and I was unable to proceed. I then tried to buy the tickets on the Scotrail website but that has also been "updated" and also can't cope with the Two Together Railcard!

Worked fine until this morning where my season ticket qr code will not display due to a pop-up advising of the new app. Will not be able to get through the barriers without the full qr code displaying

App no longer allows me to open a ticket I have purchased for the return journey so currently unusable
