Really great app once you've got everything set up, easy to buy everything from single tickets to flex and season passes. Using the QR code on the barriers at stations is really easy as well, especially at rush hours. One big improvement would be that if you have a ticket loaded up in the app and switch to another app or lock your phone, the app will kick you back to the home screen, and it can take a long time to scroll through your flex tickets to re-open the ticket for scanning by conductor

Hi my name is Sean I use the scotrail app every day I travel on the train most time the scotrail app is easy to use it is good for telling you the platform information in the live times part of the app but if possible can you add a carriage symbol 🚃 please it's to let me know how many carriages is on each scotrail service I think it would be quite useful information thanks from Sean Cunningham I always like to give positive feedback 😀

App no longer works, I cannot log into my account on the app and yet my account login works fine on the ScotRail website. I get a momentary blank screen and then a red error message saying "Check if your email address and password is correct". I've already changed my password and uninstalled/reinstalled my app and none of that has rectified the problem. I've also had a recent issue of someone meddling with the format of my billing address which caused me to have to change my billing method.

This app is very slow and frequently hangs up. A very common message is that you are offline when you know that you are not. If you want to book tickets, my advice is to use the website. That seems faster and more reliable

Ever since version 4.4.1, It is very sluggish and when you try to pay it says you are off-line, even when you are not. Even when you uninstall and remove the data and set up the app again it makes no difference. I am using android 12, it should work with android 5.0 and above.
