Can't view your ticket is returning you to homepage Since the latest update my tickets don't load, just takes me back to the main screen. I tried absolutely everything to fix it, but it's on their end. I tweeted and WhatsApp'd ScotRail, and they said they're working on a fix, but they didn't say when and it seems like most of the station and train staff haven't been informed about the issue. Got no response from their app feedback mailbox who are supposed to look into technical issues urgently.

Can no longer access Plexiglass tickets on my Samsung s25. The app reverts to the live travel screen when I click on a Plexiglass in my tickets. Urgently needs fixed! Tried turning phone off and on, reinstalling app etc. with no luck.
