Connect the EVO-START device to a compatible remote control system. Once the EVO-START app is installed on your iOS and/or Android device, you can use it to remote start/stop the engine, control and track your vehicles, as well as receive push notifications regarding your vehicles status.

I have the system installed in my 2013 Audi Q5, it is very easy, particularly if you already have a Fortin remote start fitted. Works very well. You don't even need the car keys after its being installed. Remote start, ooen and close doors and trunk. The only detail that didn't work was the odometer reading in the app, it shows random numbers and the indication for the gas left. But this are minor. Planning to install in our other car.

I was automatically switched to EvoStart when AutoConnect was sold. Used to Autoconnect, Evo Start has been quite a disappointment. In no particular order: 1) the engine starter starts the engine "almost" every time; 2) With AutoConnect, I could use the app to keep the engine running (say, for a quick errand in winter where I want to keep the car running), but no such thing now. 3) I'm in Canada, there's no option to switch to metric. I miss AutoConnect.

Did not expect this from Fortin. You guys put out the best products. But this one you guys messed up on. There is no option for imperial units for the USA? You have to scroll around to find your car on the map, even if you press the locate button. Camera doesn't open up to add new device, even with camera permissions given. There is no option to change car picture to the car you have. I don't want to see an Audi when I have a Rav4. Need to fix these issues ASAP or will go back to Carlink instead.
