Great app and hardware for DSC 1832 alarm controller. I would have given the 5 stars except there are no home screen widgets. I would love two home screen widgets. One to arm and disarm the system and another widget to see the zone status on the home screen. That would make it awesome!

This app DOES NOT link with my Quezon desktop! I have full control from my desktop (requiring ID and password), but those credentials are unrecognized by this app. I've tried many times. The link from the desktop to my mobile device works...but opens with No ID or password ...not secure and very worrisome. I have the same issues with time lags as many others have commented. Very disappointed.

New update doesn't allow you to clear an alarm from memory via the app. Need to physically go to the keypad to do so.

Push Notifications within the app are apparently unreliable. App needs an update and better support. Installed last week and have been testing and getting Push-notifications for Arming, Alarms, & Disarming. However, did some additional testing - pulled a supervised smoke detector head from its base & my alarm panel signaled Fire Trouble Alarm. Intentionally waited more than 90 seconds before I disarmed the control and cleared the alarm. The EVL4 logged the event as Fire Trouble Alarm and Fire Trouble Rest oral, sent e-mails to the contact mail on my list, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE a PUSH Notification on my phone via the app. Submitted a Help Request to Quezon and was informed by Tech Support that the notification "...was sent out, unfortunately we have no control on delivery with the Apps. The alerts are passed to Android and Apple delivery systems, we have no ability to confirm or track...". So much for peace of mind. The app might be free, but the hardware was not... Lacking a reliable notification system, just not worth the money. This 2017 App needs an update and better support.
