Do you require a valid visa on the passport for creating account in the app? I submitted all required documents based on your app instructions, but I end up with no active account, and after texting the support for many days, sent them again all my personal documents, they replied and asked me for valid visa on my passport, this is what I don't have cuz I am kinda a refugee in my place here.(Even master card don't asked me for Visa). Hope you can help to activate my account. Thanks.
